An historic and highly spiritual sampat akhand paath took place at Mangat Hall, London from the 1st-11th July 1976. This was an eleven day programme for rejuvenation of the Sikh dharam, ‘sarbat da bhalla’ (the welfare of all creation), and global unity and peace. After this program Sant Baba Puran Singh Ji decided that sampat akhand paaths would take place on an annual basis. GNNSJ holds two each year and have done so since 1976.
