A spiritually uplifting and historic event took place at Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar in Dubai, where the Sikh sangat gathered for a Sri Akhand Paath Sahib followed by a special Amrit Sanchar. The event was hosted by the Dubai Gurudwara Committee, who had extended a heartfelt request to Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha (GNNSJ) to come and perform the Amrit Sanchar ceremony.
175 sangat members from across the UK, Africa, India and Canada all attended. Baba Satnam Singh Ji from Kar Sewa Qila Anandghar also joined the event, and his presence brought added spiritual strength and inspiration to the proceedings.
Sangat also visited the other Gurudwara, the Grand Mosque and the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir. These visits provided opportunities for intra and interfaith engagement. This included multiple kirtan diwans, which took place at both Gurudwaras.
The Amrit Sanchar ceremony witnessed over 60 individuals taking Amrit, making a profound commitment to the path of the Khalsa. The sangat was deeply moved by the sense of spiritual renewal and unity that permeated the occasion.
