The NCA was established to develop a dynamic faith-inspired civic agenda, actively engage in civil renewal and community development. In 2005, the building was recognised for its services to the community and volunteering. It received the building innovation award in 2006. In 2010, NCA was presented with the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award for outstanding voluntary services to the community
Historic Girls Empowerment Retreat Brings Six Major Sikh Organisations Together in Kenya
The Nishkam International Girls’ Spiritual Retreat 2026 was held in Kenya from 17–27 August, bringing together 60 girls, 20 educators and approximately 50 GNNSJ sewadars.
